The hotel location is great! It's very close to the main square, the castle, and riverside walks. The staff allowed us to book in early. We could also park our car while we visited the castle. I found tea bags, quality coffee bags, biscuits, and hot chocolate sachets in the room.
The car park at the back is very tight.

Adequate Experience

friendly staffcentral locationwater damagebare plaster
The staff were quite friendly. I found the central location allowed me to easily find parking (this was a definite plus).
The room could use some updates. I noticed water damage on the wall, as well as bare plaster, look somewhat tired (I wasn't impressed by the state of the room).
